Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Card Curator isn't the right tool for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

You can request a refund for any reason, or no reason at all. We will not ask you to justify your decision.

2. How to Request a Refund

The fastest path is to email us at support@cardcurator.app with:

We will process the refund through Lemon Squeezy within two (2) business days of receiving your request. Lemon Squeezy will then return the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after Lemon Squeezy issues the refund.

You can also request a refund directly through Lemon Squeezy using the order link in your receipt email.

3. After a Refund

When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the corresponding activation slot is released. Card Curator will revert to free-trial mode at next launch (up to 10 cards). Your collection data on your Mac is not deleted by a refund — you can re-purchase later if you change your mind, and your existing data will be there.

4. Free Trial

We strongly recommend trying the free tier (up to 10 cards) before purchasing. The trial is fully featured — every premium capability is visible — so you can confirm the app fits your workflow before paying. The trial does not require a credit card or any registration.

5. Beyond 14 Days

After 14 days, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not legally obligated to issue a refund after the guarantee period, but we will consider exceptions in good faith — for example, if the app has a defect we cannot resolve, or if you encountered a billing error. Reach out and we will treat your request fairly.

6. Statutory Rights

If you reside in a jurisdiction with consumer-protection laws that grant you broader refund rights (such as the European Union's 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, or the Australian Consumer Law), this policy does not limit those rights. We will honor any statutory entitlement that exceeds the terms of this policy.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show clear signs of fraud — for example, repeat purchases-and-refunds from the same payment method, evidence of license-key resharing, or activity that violates the Terms of Service. This is a sole-proprietor operation; we depend on the good faith of customers.
